The Alpha M4 x 10mm screw is a general fixing screw used across the Pro Tec Plus, CD50S/70S and Eco²/InTec² boiler range. It is a genuine Alpha part, number 1.7349.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The screw head is worn, rounded or damaged and no longer grips a screwdriver bit
- A panel, cover or bracket has come loose because the fixing is missing or has sheared
- The thread is stripped and the screw no longer holds
- Visible corrosion or seizing on the original fixing

- Isolate electrical power before removing any panel or cover fixing
- Use a screwdriver or hex key of the correct size to avoid rounding the head on removal
