What it is
The Alpha 1.1356 is a 3/4 inch flanged nut used at the joint between the gas valve and the manifold pipe on selected Alpha boilers. It forms part of the gas-carrying assembly and must seat and seal correctly when tightened. It is supplied as a single flanged nut.

- Gas smell or a detected leak at the gas valve to manifold pipe joint
- Visible corrosion, pitting or staining on the nut
- Rounded or damaged hex flats from previous tightening
- Weeping or discolouration around the joint face
