What it is
The Alpha flange gasket, part 1.033864, is a sealing component for the flanged joint on Alpha commercial boilers. It is fitted between mating flange faces to maintain a leak-free seal on that connection. It is used across the Alpha Commercial PRO TEC and Protec NX ranges.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Water or staining around the flange joint while the boiler is running
- Visible weeping or a drip trail at the mating faces
- Gasket material hardened, flattened, cracked or stuck to the flange face
- Crusty scale or corrosion deposits gathered at the joint
- Repeated pressure loss traced to the flanged connection
