What it is
The Alpha Main Harness (part number 1.030892) is a wiring loom for Alpha InTEC and ECO gas boilers. It connects the boiler's key electrical components — including NTC sensors, pressure switch, gas valve, fan, overheat stat, flow switch, thermal fuse and low voltage terminal block — to the control board. This harness carries power and signal connections between these parts and the boiler's main PCB.

- Intermittent boiler operation or failure to fire
- Fault codes relating to sensors, fan, gas valve or overheat stat
- Visible damage to the harness, such as cracked insulation, scorched wires or corroded terminals
- Loose or broken connectors at the sensor, valve or fan plugs
- Overheat stat tripping repeatedly without other obvious cause
