What it is
This is the seal for the sealed safety valve used on Alpha CD25, CD28 and CD35C boilers. It is supplied by Alpha under part number 1.023755 and forms the sealing element within the safety valve assembly, where it maintains a tight seal under system pressure. The seal sits within the valve body and is a service item rather than a complete valve.
Before you order
- Confirm the boiler model is a CD25, CD28 or CD35C before ordering.
- Check the existing safety valve for seal damage, hardening or distortion before replacing.
- Verify the part number 1.023755 against the marking on the component being removed.
- Isolate the boiler and depressurise the system before any work on the safety valve.
