What it is
The Alpha 1.021969 Ceramic Fibre Panel, Front is a ceramic fibre insulating panel produced by Alpha for use in the casing of Alpha gas boilers. It is the front-position panel within the casing assembly, where ceramic fibre is used to manage heat around the combustion and casing areas. It is supplied as an individual panel, not as part of a casing kit.
Before you order
- Confirm 1.021969 against the part number shown in the boiler's installation and servicing manual or on the existing panel.
- Check that the front panel position is the one required — front and rear panels are listed separately.
- Inspect the existing panel before ordering; ceramic fibre that is cracked, crumbling, damp or contaminated should be replaced rather than reused.
- Note the condition of any retaining clips or fixings during removal, as these are not part of this item.
