What it is
The Alpha 1.016415 is an 18mm diameter pipe that runs between the gas valve and the burner manifold. It forms part of the gas-carrying path inside the Alpha CB50 LPG boiler, delivering gas from the valve assembly through to the manifold. The pipe is supplied as a single component for replacement during gas valve or manifold work.
Signs this part needs replacing
- A gas smell or a detected leak at either end of the pipe
- Visible corrosion, pitting or surface damage along the pipe run
- A kinked, crushed or distorted pipe restricting gas flow
- Discolouration or sooting around the pipe joints
- The pipe is removed and found damaged during gas valve or manifold servicing
Before you order

- Check the existing pipe diameter and routing against the part being replaced
- Verify the part number 1.016415 against the manufacturer's parts list for your model
- Gas-carrying components must be fitted and commissioned by a Gas Safe registered engineer
