The Alpha DHW heat exchanger (part 1.015957) is a plate heat exchanger that transfers heat from the boiler's primary circuit into the domestic hot water supply. It is fitted across the Alpha CB, CD and HE combination and condensing boiler families, where it provides the hot water delivered to the taps. As a serviceable component it is replaced when scale, debris or internal leakage reduces its performance.
