What it is
The Alpha fan outlet elbow is a flue-side component that connects the fan outlet to the flue path on Alpha CB50 appliances. It is supplied under part number 1.011213 and sits within the fan and flue assembly, where it directs the discharge from the fan into the flue run. The elbow is specific to the LPG variant of the CB50.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible cracking, distortion or heat damage to the elbow body
- Soot staining or condensate tracking around the elbow joint
- A loose or poor seal where the elbow meets the fan outlet
- Flue-related fault codes or lockouts linked to the fan and flue assembly
- Evidence of leakage at the elbow during flue gas analysis
Before you order
- Confirm the appliance is the Alpha CB50 LPG variant, as the elbow is listed for this fuel type only
- Check the part number on the existing elbow against 1.011213
- Inspect the fan outlet and flue connections for damage or debris before fitting
- Check any seals or gaskets at the joint and replace them if they are deteriorated
