What it is

The warm water connection tube is a Vaillant spare part, reference 091700, supplied as a complete assembly. It carries the domestic warm water connection on Vaillant VUI 362-7 and Aquaplus VUI 362-7 appliances. The tube forms part of the hot water circuit, connecting the appliance's warm water outlet to the system pipework.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Water weeping or dripping from the warm water connection
  • Visible corrosion, pitting or staining on the tube
  • Scale build-up restricting flow through the connection
  • Damp marks or mineral deposits around the connection point
  • Reduced hot water draw-off at the outlet

Before you order

  • Confirm the appliance model and GC number against the manufacturer's parts list
  • Check whether the complete assembly is required for your repair
  • Inspect the mating seals and washers for wear before refitting
  • Isolate the appliance and drain down before removing the existing tube
