What it is
The Vaillant 090915 is a connection cable used on Vaillant Thermocompact and Turbomax gas boilers. It carries the electrical connection to the SIT gas control assembly within the appliance. The cable is supplied as a single service part for replacement where the original lead has failed.
Signs this part needs replacing
- No spark at the ignition electrode despite the boiler calling for heat
- Intermittent ignition or repeated lockouts during a demand
- Cracked, brittle or heat-damaged cable insulation
- Loose, corroded or pushed-back terminal at either end of the lead
- Fault traced to the cable during continuity testing of the ignition circuit
Before you order
- Confirm your appliance model and GC number against the fitment list above
- Inspect the existing cable routing and terminal arrangement before removal
- Check the ignition electrode and gas control assembly for damage that may have caused the cable fault
- Verify the part number 090915 matches the number on the component being replaced

Fitment listings are a guide, not a guarantee. Plant-room assemblies get modified on site more often than not. Send us the GC number off the data badge and a photo of the existing valve and we will confirm before anything is dispatched.
