Vaillant Connection Tube VAILLANT089084

The Vaillant 089084 is a connection tube supplied by Vaillant for use within its water heater and boiler assemblies. It forms part of the internal pipework, carrying water between components inside the casing. As a moulded connection piece it is matched to the specific routing and joint geometry of the appliance it serves, so it is not interchangeable with generic pipe fittings.

• Water weeping or a visible drip at the tube joints or unions
• Staining, scale or corrosion along the tube body or at the connection ends
• Reduced flow through the affected section of the water circuit
• Discolouration or brittleness of the tube material after long service
• The tube becoming loose, misaligned or unable to seat correctly on reassembly

• Confirm the part number 089084 against the appliance data plate or the manufacturer's parts diagram for your model
• Check the appliance serial number and model reference, as Vaillant uses different connection tubes across ranges
• Inspect the mating seals, O-rings or gaskets at each end of the tube and replace them if they are compressed, hardened or damaged
• Work on the water circuit should only be carried out with the appliance isolated and depressurised
