What it is
The Drayton TRV4 is a thermostatic radiator valve supplied with an integral head, a 15mm straight-pattern valve body and a lockshield. The integral head is built into the valve assembly rather than being a separate screw-on component, so the sensing element and body are supplied as one unit. It is used to control the flow of water through a radiator circuit, with the lockshield provided for the return side of the installation.
Before you order
- Confirm the valve body pattern required is straight, not angled or corner, as the pipework layout dictates which is suitable.
- Check the pipework connection size is 15mm before ordering.
- Confirm that an integral-head TRV4 is wanted rather than a valve that accepts a separately mounted head.
- Verify the existing lockshield on the return is being replaced or matched as part of the same job.
