What it is

The Ideal 067620 is an adaptor supplied by Ideal for use within its commercial appliance range. It sits in the internal assembly and joins two mating connections so the surrounding components seat correctly. The part is listed under the Caradon manufacturing reference and also carries the alternative number 1171668.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Weeping or damp staining around the adaptor joint
  • Corrosion, pitting or heavy scale on the body or threads
  • Cross-threaded or rounded connection that will not pull up tight
  • Movement or looseness at the joint after tightening
  • A joint that continues to leak after the seal has been renewed

Before you order

  • Confirm the appliance model and serial number against the compatibility list.
  • Check the existing part for the numbers 067620 or 1171668 before ordering.
