What it is
The Ideal 067599 is a test nipple used on Ideal Commercial Concord ES series appliances. It provides a threaded test point on the appliance pipework so that pressure or flow can be checked during commissioning, servicing and fault finding. The nipple is a small brass-type fitting that screws into the relevant tapping and is capped or sealed when not in use.

- Corroded or pitted threads that will not seal cleanly against the tapping
- Rounded or damaged hex flats, making the nipple difficult to remove or tighten
