What it is

The supply loom is the wiring harness that carries mains supply connections within Saunier Duval gas boilers. It is manufactured by Saunier Duval and listed under part number 05725100 (5725100). The harness routes power to the boiler's control and supply connections on the Combitek, Thema and Themaplus F series.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Boiler fails to power up or intermittently loses supply
  • Visible scorching, discolouration or brittle insulation on the loom
  • Cracked, chafed or exposed conductors along the harness
  • Loose or corroded terminals at the supply connections
  • Fault tracing points to an open circuit in the supply wiring

Before you order

  • Confirm the appliance model matches one of the fitments listed above
  • Check the existing loom's part number against 05725100 before removal
  • Inspect the supply terminals and connector blocks for damage that may also need attention
  • Isolate the boiler from the electrical supply before any inspection or replacement work
