The Saunier Duval 5127500 is an ignition lead used on Thelia 23E gas boilers built after CE approval. It carries the ignition voltage from the control/ignition side of the boiler to the spark electrode at the burner. The part is supplied under the Saunier Duval part number 05127500 and replaces code 5127500.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Boiler attempts to fire but does not ignite, with no spark at the electrode
- Repeated lockouts on start-up or during a demand for heat
- Cracking, scorching, hardening or perished insulation along the lead
- Loose, corroded or pushed-back terminal at the electrode or control end
- Spark tracking or arcing to earth rather than across the electrode gap
