What it is
The Vokera 01005178 microswitch kit is a flow microswitch assembly used on Vokera Excell and Linea MAX SE gas boilers. It signals the boiler to fire when there is a demand for hot water or heating. This kit supersedes the earlier microswitch codes 0182, 0809 and 0811.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Boiler does not fire when a hot water tap is opened
- No heating demand is registered despite the pump running
- Intermittent firing or repeated cycling on hot water draw-off
- Boiler runs but fails to respond to the flow switch signal
- Hot water demand is only met after repeated tap operation

- On Excell 80SP and 96E, check the appliance serial number falls within the ranges shown
- Check the existing microswitch code on the boiler before ordering, as this kit replaces 0182, 0809 and 0811
