What it is
The Ideal 004551 is a fan motor assembly used on Ideal commercial Super Plus and Module Super Plus DBI appliances. The fan draws fresh air into the combustion chamber so the gas can burn correctly, then carries the products of combustion away to the flue. Because it sits at the heart of the combustion and exhaust path, a failing fan will usually stop the boiler firing or lock it out.
