Vaillant Insulation Casing Panels 0020273332

Insulation casing panels supplied by Vaillant under part number 0020273332. They form the insulated casing sections that fit around the appliance body on Arotherm and Arotherm PLUS air source heat pumps. Their role is to limit heat loss from the unit and reduce the risk of condensation forming on cold external surfaces.

• Casing insulation is crumbling, flaking or breaking up on removal of the panels
• Panels are waterlogged, soft or visibly damp after rain or defrost cycles
• Condensation or frost forming on the outer casing where insulation has failed
• Panels no longer sit flush, leaving gaps that expose the internal pipework
• Increased heat loss or running noise from the unit after insulation breakdown

• Confirm the full model and variant from the appliance data badge, including the S2 or R1/R2 suffix
• Check which casing panels are damaged, as the unit uses more than one insulated section
• Inspect the surrounding fixings and seals for damage before refitting
• Verify the part number 0020273332 against the manufacturer's parts list for your model
