What it is
The Vaillant 0020266350 is a wiring harness supplied by Vaillant for use in the Arotherm 5/5 air-to-water heat pump range. It carries the electrical connections between components within the appliance, so continuity and secure connector seating are essential to correct operation. It is listed by Vaillant under miscellaneous appliance parts.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Cracked, brittle or hardened insulation on one or more conductors
- Chafed, pinched or exposed wiring where the harness passes through the casing or clips
- Discoloured, corroded or heat-damaged connector terminals
- Intermittent faults, dropouts or error codes traced to a loose or poor connection
- Connectors that no longer latch securely onto their mating terminals
Before you order
- Confirm your appliance model against the fitment list above before ordering
- Compare the removed harness with the replacement, checking connector count, plug type and routing
- Inspect the mating connectors and terminals for damage that a new harness alone will not resolve
- Rule out other causes of the fault before replacing the harness
