What it is
The Vaillant 0020237688 is a name badge for the appliance casing, carrying the manufacturer branding and model identification on the front panel. It is used across the EcoTec Sustain, EcoFit Pure and EcoFit Sustain boiler families. The badge restores the correct identification on the casing after damage, loss or replacement of the front panel.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The badge is missing from the appliance casing
- Lettering or branding has worn away and is no longer legible
- The badge is peeling, lifting or no longer sits flat against the panel
- Discolouration or heat damage has made the model identification unreadable
- The badge was lost or damaged during removal of the front casing
Before you order
- Check your boiler model against the fit list above before ordering
- Confirm the part number on the existing badge matches 0020237688
- Check the badge is the correct item for your casing panel, as fitment varies by appliance range

Fitment listings are a guide, not a guarantee. Plant-room assemblies get modified on site more often than not. Send us the GC number off the data badge and a photo of the existing valve and we will confirm before anything is dispatched.
