Vaillant Evaporator 0020222901

The Vaillant 0020222901 is an evaporator, the heat-absorbing coil assembly used in the refrigerant circuit of the Flexotherm VWF 57/4 heat pump. It takes heat from the outside air and passes it to the refrigerant, which is then compressed and delivered to the heating and hot water circuit. It is supplied as a single component for service replacement.

• Frost or ice building up unevenly across the evaporator coil during normal running
• Reduced heating or hot water output with the unit running for longer than usual
• Refrigerant loss or a low-pressure fault traced to the evaporator circuit
• Visible oil staining, corrosion or physical damage to the coil or its connections
• Unusual noises from the outdoor unit during defrost or start-up cycles

• Confirm the appliance model and voltage variant from the data plate before ordering
