It is listed by Vaillant under part number 0020210666.

• The heat pump runs but produces little or no heating or hot water output.
• The compressor trips the supply, or the appliance repeatedly locks out shortly after start-up.
• Grinding, knocking or unusually loud noise from the compressor during operation.

• Confirm the appliance model is VWF 197/4, as listed above.
• Check the part number on the existing compressor or the manufacturer's parts list matches 0020210666.
• Compressor replacement involves the refrigerant circuit and should be carried out by a competent heating engineer with the correct equipment and refrigerant handling certification.
• Check the condition of associated refrigerant circuit components before fitting, as contamination can damage a new compressor.
