What it is
The Glow-worm flow sensor, part number 0020197555, is a domestic hot water flow detection component fitted to a wide range of Glow-worm combi boilers. It signals the appliance control when a hot tap is opened, allowing the boiler to fire and modulate for hot water production. It is supplied as the flow sensor only.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The boiler does not fire when a hot tap is opened
- Hot water runs only intermittently during draw-off
- Domestic hot water temperature fluctuates while the tap is running
