What it is
The Vaillant 0020195505 is a wiring harness for the heat engine assembly on Vaillant gas boilers. It carries the electrical connections between the heat engine components and the boiler's control PCB. It is used across the ecoTEC plus, HOME and Ecofit PURE and Sustain ranges.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Intermittent lockouts or fault codes traced to the heat engine circuit
- Heat engine components such as the fan, pump or sensors failing to run or cutting out
- Visible damage to the harness, including chafed, cracked or heat-brittled insulation
- Melted, discoloured or corroded connector pins
- Loose or poorly fitting plugs at the heat engine or PCB end
