What it is
The Vaillant insulation back (part number 0020192786) is a moulded insulation panel that fits to the rear of the appliance casing. It limits heat loss from the casing and helps control condensation on the rear panel of Vaillant Arotherm VWL 155/2 A 230V units. It is supplied as a single insulation component.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Cracking, crumbling or delamination of the insulation material
- Compressed or flattened sections that no longer sit against the casing
- Water staining or saturation of the panel, which reduces its insulating performance
- Condensation or cold spots on the rear casing panel
- Panel loose, detached or missing from its mounting position
Before you order
- Confirm the appliance model and serial number against the manufacturer's parts list
- Check the condition of the existing panel and whether any fixings or retaining clips are also required
- Verify that part number 0020192786 matches the panel removed from the unit
- Confirm this is the rear panel for your appliance, as insulation is listed by position
