The Vaillant 0020177969 is an impressed current anode (also known as an inductive anode) for Vaillant hot water cylinders. It is designed for use with auroSTOR, VIH R, VIH S and Vantage models. The anode protects the cylinder interior from corrosion by emitting a controlled electrical current.
