What it is
The Vaillant 0020144590 front casing parts form the outer front panel assembly for ecoTEC PLUS and VU series boilers. The casing encloses the front of the appliance and is listed by Vaillant under the casing category for this range. Fitment is confirmed against the ecoTEC PLUS 612 VU 126/5-5 and a wide spread of related models.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Cracks, dents or deformation in the front casing panel
- Corrosion or rust staining across the casing surface
- Loose, seized or missing casing fixings
- The panel no longer sits flush or seals correctly against the appliance
- Heat discolouration or flaking paint on the casing
Before you order
- Confirm your appliance model and GC number against the fitment list
- Check the revision suffix (R1 to R6) matches your boiler
- Establish whether your appliance is a VU (system) or VUW (combination) variant
- Inspect the existing fixings and seals to see whether they can be reused

Fitment listings are a guide, not a guarantee. Plant-room assemblies get modified on site more often than not. Send us the GC number off the data badge and a photo of the existing valve and we will confirm before anything is dispatched.
