What it is

The Vaillant 0020143442 is a gasket used on ecoTEC VU series gas boilers. It forms a seal at the joint it is fitted to, helping to prevent leakage from that connection. It is listed under the O-rings, washers and gaskets category.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Visible weeping, staining or residue at the joint
  • Gasket material hardened, flattened or brittle
  • Cracks, splits or perishing on the gasket face
