What it is
The Vaillant 0020140560 is a composite connection used within the isolation valve assembly on Vaillant ecoTEC PLUS VU boilers. It forms part of the pipework joint at the isolation point, allowing the appliance to be isolated for servicing and maintenance. The component is manufactured in composite material.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Weeping or damp staining around the connection joint
- Visible cracks, crazing or deformation in the composite body
- Scale, corrosion or debris build-up at the joint face
- Difficulty isolating the appliance because the connection will not seal
- Loss of system pressure traced to the isolation point
Before you order
- Confirm the part number 0020140560 matches the component being replaced

Fitment listings are a guide, not a guarantee. Plant-room assemblies get modified on site more often than not. Send us the GC number off the data badge and a photo of the existing valve and we will confirm before anything is dispatched.
