Vaillant 0020136632 Casing front (pro)

The Vaillant Casing Front (Pro) is the outer front panel that closes off the appliance casing on Vaillant heating units. It is manufactured by Vaillant and supplied under part number 0020136632 as a casing, cover and panel spare. The panel forms the visible face of the appliance and protects the internal components behind it, keeping the combustion and water-carrying sections enclosed so the unit can run as designed.

• Visible cracks, splits or holes in the front panel
• Distortion or warping so the panel no longer sits flush against the casing frame
• Corrosion, blistering or flaking paintwork on the panel surface
• Fixing points, lugs or screw holes broken away so the panel cannot be secured
• Impact damage from tools, knocks or a dropped component during servicing

• Match the part number 0020136632 against the number on the existing panel or the appliance documentation
• Confirm the appliance model and serial number from the data plate before ordering, as casing panels differ between ranges
• Check whether any seals, gaskets or fixings removed during the swap need replacing at the same time
• Inspect the casing frame for damage while the front panel is off, so any related faults are picked up in the same visit
