What it is
The Vaillant 0020135126 is a throttle jet and gas coding plug kit, supplied with a yellow coding plug for natural gas (gas type H). It is used on Vaillant ecoTEC PLUS gas boilers, where the throttle jet meters gas flow to the burner and the coding plug identifies the appliance's gas type to the control system.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Boiler fails to fire or locks out repeatedly
- Measured gas rate falls outside the range stated for the appliance
- Combustion readings drift outside the manufacturer's tolerance
- Flame burns yellow or unstable instead of a steady blue
- Boiler runs but will not reach its rated output
Before you order
- Confirm your appliance model and GC number against the list above
- Check the boiler is set for natural gas, not LPG
- Verify the existing coding plug colour matches the yellow type H plug
- Have the part number 0020135126 to hand when ordering

Fitment listings are a guide, not a guarantee. Plant-room assemblies get modified on site more often than not. Send us the GC number off the data badge and a photo of the existing valve and we will confirm before anything is dispatched.
