What it is
The Vaillant Support PHE (part 0020135112) is a mounting support for the plate heat exchanger in Vaillant gas boilers. It holds the plate heat exchanger in position within the appliance. It is listed for the ecoTEC PLUS and ecoTEC PRO ranges.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The plate heat exchanger is loose or can move in its mounting
- Cracks, corrosion or deformation are visible on the support
- Water weeping or staining appears around the plate heat exchanger
- Rattling or vibration comes from the heat exchanger assembly
- The support will not hold the plate heat exchanger securely after refitting
Before you order
- Confirm your appliance model and revision (R1, R2, R4, R6) against the manufacturer's parts list
- Check that the part number 0020135112 matches the support currently fitted
- Check whether your appliance is an LPG variant, as listed fitments include LPG models
- Inspect the plate heat exchanger and its seals at the same time

Fitment listings are a guide, not a guarantee. Plant-room assemblies get modified on site more often than not. Send us the GC number off the data badge and a photo of the existing valve and we will confirm before anything is dispatched.
