What it is
The Vaillant 0020135111 is a sensor cable used on ecoTEC PLUS and ecoTEC PRO gas boilers. It carries the sensor signal between the sensor and the boiler's control electronics, and it supersedes part number 0020052332. It is supplied as a wiring component for service and repair work.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Boiler locks out or shows a fault code relating to a sensor circuit
- Flow or return temperature readings that are erratic or clearly incorrect
- Intermittent heating or hot water operation traced to a sensor signal fault
- Visible damage to the cable, such as chafing, heat damage or a broken connector
- Sensor resistance readings outside the expected range when tested

- Check the existing cable routing and connector type on your appliance before removal
- Note that this cable supersedes 0020052332, so an older unit may carry that number
