What it is
The PMV liquid assembly tube is a Vaillant pipe assembly used on the geoTHERM VWL 75/1 A 230V heat pump. It forms part of the liquid circuit around the primary mixing valve, carrying fluid between the valve body and the surrounding hydraulic components. The part is supplied under Vaillant part number 0020127178.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible weeping or damp staining at the tube joints or along the pipe run
- Corrosion, pitting or scale build-up on the tube surface
- Kinked, crushed or restricted tube reducing flow through the liquid circuit
- Falling system pressure that cannot be traced to any other component
- Poor or uneven heating output linked to restricted flow at the mixing valve
Before you order
- Confirm the appliance model on the data plate matches the geoTHERM VWL 75/1 A 230V
- Check the existing part number against 0020127178 before removing anything
- Inspect the mating connections and seals for damage that may also need attention
- Verify the fault is with the tube assembly rather than the mixing valve body itself
