What it is
The Glow-worm 0020118154 is a wiring harness for the three-way valve on selected Glow-worm gas boilers. It carries the control signals from the boiler PCB to the three-way valve, allowing the valve to switch between heating and hot water modes. The harness is used across the Betacom, Easicom and Ultimate appliance families.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The three-way valve does not move, or fails to switch between heating and hot water
- Boiler locks out or reports a fault relating to the valve or diverter
- Heating or hot water works intermittently as the valve signal cuts in and out
- Visible damage to the harness, such as chafed, brittle or heat-damaged insulation
- Loose, corroded or burnt connector at the valve or PCB end
