What it is
The Vaillant 0020112666 is a lip seal manufactured in EPDM rubber and designated DN 160. It is a sealing component supplied as a Vaillant boiler spare, held in the O-rings, washers and gaskets category. The lip profile forms a sealing edge against a mating surface to contain fluid or gas at the joint.
Before you order
- Confirm the part number 0020112666 matches the number listed in the appliance's documentation or parts list.
- Check that the required seal is a lip type in EPDM and that the DN 160 designation matches the component being replaced.
- Inspect the existing seal seat for scoring, debris or distortion before fitting, as a damaged seat will prevent the new lip seal from sealing correctly.
- EPDM is not suitable for contact with mineral oils and greases; use only lubricants compatible with EPDM during assembly.
