What it is
The Vaillant 0020107700 is a complete switch lever that operates the rocker switch on the diverter valve microswitch. It is used on Vaillant Turbomax combi boiler models to transmit movement from the diverter valve to the microswitch. This part supersedes earlier codes 188110 and 188112.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Hot water demand is not detected and the boiler does not fire
- Diverter valve moves but the microswitch is not actuated
- Lever is cracked, bent or worn at the contact point
- Intermittent hot water operation as the lever fails to hold the switch
- Visible damage or missing lever on the diverter valve assembly
