What it is
The hydraulic block with DIN outlet is a Glow-worm component used in Ultracom 2 gas boilers. It forms part of the boiler's water circuit, handling the flow of water through the diverter valve assembly. The DIN outlet connection allows the block to interface with the associated pipework within the appliance.
Signs this part needs replacing
- No hot water production while the boiler still fires for heating
- Domestic hot water temperature fluctuating or running cold intermittently
- Boiler failing to switch between central heating and hot water modes
- Water weeping or staining around the hydraulic block or its connections
- Scale or debris build-up inside the block restricting flow
Before you order
- Confirm your appliance is an Ultracom 2 model and matches one of the fitments listed
- Check the part number on the existing component against 0020097205
- Verify the DIN outlet configuration matches the pipework on your appliance
- Inspect associated seals and connections for wear before fitting
