Glow-worm Expansion Valve (Cool) 0020086351

The expansion valve (cool) is a Glow-worm refrigerant circuit component used on the Envirosorb 14 air/water heat pump. It meters refrigerant flow into the evaporator, controlling the pressure drop between the high and low sides of the circuit during cooling operation. Correct operation of the valve is essential to stable refrigerant pressures and efficient heat transfer.
