What it is

The Glow-worm clamp (100 x 48) is a component for the horizontal top outlet telescopic air/flue duct. It is used to secure the telescopic duct assembly on compatible Glow-worm gas boilers. The part number is 0020083091.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The clamp is visibly corroded, cracked or distorted.
  • The flue duct feels loose or can be moved by hand.
  • There are signs of condensate or flue gas leakage around the duct joint.
  • The clamp no longer holds the telescopic duct securely in position.
  • The flue assembly vibrates or rattles in operation.

Before you order

  • Check the boiler model and GC number against the compatibility list.
  • Confirm the existing clamp dimensions are 100 x 48 and that it is for the horizontal top outlet telescopic air/flue duct.
  • Check the appliance's installation instructions for the correct flue component.
  • Ensure the flue duct itself is undamaged and that only the clamp needs replacing.
