Vaillant O-Ring (PK 10) 0020063569

A pack of 10 O-rings supplied by Vaillant under part number 0020063569. These seals are used on Vaillant VFK series solar collectors to seal the connection points where pipework and collector unions join. The O-ring forms the pressure-tight seal that keeps the collector circuit fluid contained at those joints.

• Visible weeping or damp staining around the collector union or connection point
• Fluid loss from the solar circuit with no other obvious cause
• O-ring hardened, flattened, cracked or swollen when the joint is opened
• Scaling or residue build-up at the joint face after a slow leak
• Seal damage found during routine servicing or when a collector connection is disturbed

• Confirm the collector model number and whether it is the H or V variant
• Check the part number 0020063569 against the manufacturer's parts list for your collector
• Count how many connection points need sealing so the right number of rings is ordered
• Inspect the joint faces for corrosion or damage before fitting new seals
