Vaillant Insulation 0020057608

This is a Vaillant insulation component, supplied under part number 0020057608. It is used within the Vaillant Recovair range of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery units, where insulation controls heat transfer and helps limit condensation around the unit's internal surfaces.

• Visible damage, tearing or breakdown of the insulation material
• Insulation that has become compressed, slumped or detached from its mounting position
• Damp or water-stained insulation, which reduces its effectiveness
• Condensation forming on or around the unit where insulation should be controlling surface temperature
• Increased heat loss or reduced thermal performance from the ventilation unit

• Confirm the appliance model and variant against the unit's data plate before ordering
• Check the existing insulation to establish which position within the unit it serves
• Inspect surrounding components for moisture ingress or damage that may have affected the insulation
• Verify the part number 0020057608 against the manufacturer's parts listing for your unit
