What it is

The Vaillant 0020041889 is a tube supplied as a spare for Vaillant gas boilers in the Ecotec Exclusive and VU/VUW ranges. It forms part of the appliance's internal pipework, carrying water or gas between components within the boiler casing. It is a component-level spare intended for repair or refurbishment work on the listed models.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Visible water weeping or tracking along the tube
  • Corrosion, pitting or staining on the tube surface
  • A joint that will not seal after resealing
  • Kettling or restricted flow traced to a blocked or scaled tube
  • Gradual loss of system pressure with no other leak found

Before you order
