Signs this part needs replacing

  • Visible water or gas leaks from the pipe joints or along the length of the pipe
  • Staining, corrosion or discolouration on the pipe surface
  • Cracks, splits or physical damage to the pipe or its connections
  • Loss of pressure or reduced performance linked to a restriction or leak in the pipework
  • Joints that no longer seal when the system is pressurised or the appliance is running

Before you order

  • Confirm the exact model and GC number on the boiler's data plate against the fit list above.
  • Check the pipe's position and connections on the existing assembly, so the replacement matches the part you are removing.
  • Isolate the appliance and check for any other damage in the surrounding pipework before fitting.
