What it is

The Vaillant 0020039777 is a side panel forming part of the outer casing on ecoTEC PLUS VUI series gas boilers. It closes off the side of the appliance, protecting internal components and completing the boiler's outer shell. It is listed by Vaillant under the casing category of boiler spares.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Visible dents, creases or distortion in the panel
  • Corrosion or rust along the panel edges or fixing points
  • Panel no longer sits flush against the boiler chassis
  • Fixing screws will not hold, or the panel rattles in service
