The Vaillant 0020038572 is a 19-plate domestic hot water heat exchanger used in the ecoTEC Plus and ecoTEC Pro combi boiler ranges. It transfers heat from the primary circuit into the mains-fed domestic hot water supply, so the plate stack sits directly in the path of the hot water draw-off. The part is supplied in refurbished condition.

- Reduced hot water flow rate at the tap compared with the cold supply
