What it is

The Vaillant 0020025039 is an air inlet duct supplied complete (CPL.) for the flue assembly on Vaillant gas boilers. It forms part of the air supply path on ecoTEC PLUS and related VU, VUW and VUI appliances, and is also listed against the Unistor VIH CL 15 S. It is a flue-side component, so correct model identification matters before ordering.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Visible cracks, splits or deformation in the duct body
  • Corrosion or deterioration of the duct material
  • Seals or joints no longer seating correctly, allowing air leakage
  • Combustion readings outside the expected range that point to an air supply fault
  • Physical damage caused during servicing or flue work

Before you order

  • Confirm the appliance model and variant, including the VU, VUW or VUI reference and revision number
  • Check the existing duct against the part number 0020025039 before removal
  • Verify whether the duct is supplied complete for your installation
  • Flue and air duct work must be carried out by a competent person in line with the manufacturer's instructions
