What it is

This is a Vaillant casing panel, part number 0020022747, used on EcoTEC Exclusive gas boiler appliances. It forms part of the boiler's outer casing assembly and is listed within Vaillant's gas boiler spares range. The casing encloses the appliance internals and maintains the boiler's outer finish.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Visible cracks, splits or holes in the casing panel
  • Impact damage or deformation that prevents the panel seating correctly
  • Corrosion or heavy rusting along the panel edges
  • Broken or missing locating lugs or fixing points
  • Panel no longer sits flush, leaving internal components exposed

Before you order

  • Confirm the appliance model and GC number against the fitment list above
  • Check the existing casing panel for the part number 0020022747 where marked
  • Identify which panel of the casing assembly is required, as the boiler casing is made up of more than one section
  • Inspect fixings and seals around the panel for damage that may also need attention
